For your protection, addresses must match and we may contact you to confirm. If you have been a victim, please cancel your card, file a police report and contact us immediately.
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. While we do not directly offer returns, if there are any problems with your order please email us immediately email@example.com. Please ensure to include your order number, the issue you are experiencing, and photos of the product showing what exact is wrong. Someone will respond within 48 hours.
Please check hair well when you receive and before you install. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from our company. We will gladly accept return within 7 days from the date you received your items, unopened, unused and unworn in original packaging, per our company's discretion. If hair is unopened or washed, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non refundable. We can't accept returns or exchanges on used products.
