Q. What is your refund/exchange  policy?

A. NO REFUNDS. If there is an issue with your order, feel free to email. If it is an error on our part, we will be sure to correct it! 

 

Q. My order says it’s being returned back to you..what does that mean/what do I do?

A. If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package !!!

A. The Post Office, USPS, or FEDEX.

 

Q. Why is the shipping cost high?

A. My website rates are the USPS rates. I don’t create the shipping rates, they do based on the weight.

A. If it is regular package, 5-7 days. If it is a priority package, 3 days. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME!! ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED OUT ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!  It also depends on the Post Office. Due to the pandemic, Items and tracking information are taking longer than usual!!!

A. Yes we ship everywhere!

A. Yes! Promos are every Wednesday and Friday from 11 am- 4 pm PST only. You can send your product to our PO Box for a shoutout on our story! Once your products have been received and tried out, then the review will be emailed to you first then posted on ig story.
